2. Booking and Payment

All service requests depend on availability. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set in your service agreement. We accept electronic bank transfers and major credit cards.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate shipment details. You agree to pack and label goods securely. You agree to inform us of any hazardous materials. You are responsible for any fines or delays caused by missing or false information.

We handle your freight with care. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of goods or the limits set by law. We are not responsible for delays due to weather regulatory changes or events beyond our control.

5. Insurance

We recommend that you carry insurance for your shipments. We can help arrange cargo insurance on your behalf if you request it.

6. Privacy

7. Changes and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel a booking up to 48 hours before pickup without fee. Changes or cancellations made after this period may incur charges.

These terms follow the laws of Manitoba Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Manitoba.

Welly Transport Inc. may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
